Q: Is there a money back guarantee?

A: We guarantee your product will arrive to you and be in good working condition. In the event that a product is damaged during shipment, we have a simple process to resolve this! We just require you use our provided pre-paid shipping label to ship it back at no cost to you, where we can then send you a free replacement right away! The products must be sent back in the original package(s) so we are able to correctly warranty each order with it's respective model and batch numbers. You'll never be stuck with a faulty/damaged product, guaranteed! 

 

Note: Warrantied packages without original boxes/packaging will be subject to a 30% restock fee before the replacement is sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse a warranty on products without original packaging. Please do not trash the packaging if you have an issue with your product! This can be easily avoided! Thanks for your understanding!

Q: Do you charge tax?

A: We only charge tax to California orders, as California requires an increased sale tax.

Q: How fast is shipping?

A: 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sunday). The shipment process typically takes 7 days or less. Depending on your location, it's possible to receive your order in 24 hours! Very rarely does either process take longer than that.

Q: Do you offer returns?

A: Returns can be processed. Please get in touch with us via the contact form. Returns can be processed within 14 days of delivery date. We require you to ship the product back and pay a 30% restocking fee. Item(s) must be in the original package(s) and in undamaged condition (if your product arrives damaged, please see question #1 on this FAQ page for your guaranteed replacement). Please note: Electrical items (including, but not limited to: LED headlight and/or reverse bulbs, HID bulbs/kits, and other electrical components) must be in unused condition to be eligible for return. This does not apply to any form of headlight housing(s).

Q: Why are your products so cheap?

A: We buy our products wholesale from warehouses and do deals direct with manufacturers which cuts costs for us that we are able to pass onto you. Its a win-win!

Q: Can I do a custom or bulk order?

A: If you need something we don't have listed use the contact form to get in touch with us, and we can work something out. Bulk orders are also possible and can also be discussed via the contact form.
